Returns & Exchanges Information

NZ Scarves accepts returns for any reasonable reason within 60 days such as sizing, colour discrepancy or just a general change of mind as long as the product has not been worn or used. Please note that in the case of a straight refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded.

In the case of an exchange, a further cost for the secondary shipping will be incurred. NZ Scarves free shipping policy is only for the initial purchase and the actual cost of shipping will be charged for any kind of return or exchange.

If an administrative error has been made by NZ Scarves, all further shipping costs will be settled by us and you as the buyer will not be asked to pay for any of these costs. Please contact us immediately if there is such a problem.
